How To Create AAUA AVERS Account – For Students

These are the two major steps to create AAUA AVERS:

Login to the AVERS site via – avers.aaua.edu.ng
Enter your Matric number and your Surname in UPPERCASE as your default password and click on login.

Upon a successful login, Student will be immediately redirected to change their default password to a new password of their choice. Immediately, the system will also logout such students automatically, to return to a fresh login. In case your Avers is saying “incorrect user ID”, that means your Matriculation Number has not been activated yet, kindly contact AAUA ICTAC.

What is the meaning of a Matriculation Number?

A Matriculation number is the 9 digit unique number that the School Management gives to Students after completing their Student’s Registration, School fees and Course Registration processes. A Matriculation Number is given to Students as an authentication to validate their Studentship throughout their stay in such Institution of higher learning.

This is how to see your results on AAUA Avers: AVERS is the only valid means through which all Students in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State can access their results. Login to your Account: Login into the AAUA Avers via https://avers.aaua.edu.ng or the Avers students’ page- https://avers.aaua.edu.ng/student/login and enter your Matriculation number and Password. Once logged in, it will display your Student’s dashboard.
Update your profile: Once you are logged in, click on the “Profile” section and update your valid Email, Phone number, Faculty and Department on the provided spaces. Click on “Update Profile” to save.
Access your Results: Click on “My Results”, then click on the year session to see the results for all your Courses. Once your lecturer (s) upload (s) your results, you will find them on AVERS with grade A – F. On the result page, you will see “Select session” and you will see your course titles, course code, scores and grades as shown on there.
Check Outstanding courses. To see your outstanding courses, click on the “Outstanding Courses” – if you see any outstanding there, it either means the lecturer is yet to upload your result for that Course – [Meet the lecturer in Charge] or you failed the Course – [that’s Carryover, you are to retake the Course in coming session]

Check your course form. To see your up-to-date registered courses, click on “Registered Courses”, that is where all your registered courses will be uploaded from 100 level till 400/500 Level. For any course you didn’t see on that dashboard, it means you can’t see results for such a course or that the courses are updated there yet. We will address the solution below this post. Print Exam slip. Should the school require you to print your Exam slip during the Examination period, all you need to do is to click on “Exam Slip”, enter the session and Semester you want to print, it will load automatically for you to print. The exam slip comes with your name, Matric no, Faculty, Department among others.

Enter your staff ID and password to login as a Staff. This page is a restricted area and meant for only Staffs of Adekunle Ajasin University.

Four common useful terms on AAUA AVERS are:

Not uploaded Yet – It means your result has not been uploaded on your AVERS. Ask your friends to confirm if it is a general problem, if not, kindly contact the Lecturer-in-charge of the Course.
Uploaded – It means your result has been uploaded for such a Course.
Locked – It means your result for that particular course has been locked and you can’t see it. If it’s a general issue, it will be fixed by the School [The Class governor should notify the Department for quick action]. But, if you are the only one, kindly contact the Department/ICTAC.
Outstanding – It means you have grade “F” or Result not yet uploaded in the Course and you are to retake the Course at the next available session or contact the Lecturer-in-charge [Incase not uploaded outdating].

How To Reset Password on AAUA AVERS

This is how to reset your AAUA AVERS Password. Follow these steps below on how to reset your AAUA AVERS password:

First, you need to get a pin at ICTAC
Login to the AVERS site – https://avers.aaua.edu.ng
Enter your Matriculation Number and click on forget Password. You will be taken to the section to reset your password.

To reset AAUA AVERS Password on the page, follow these five basic steps below:

Enter your Matriculation Number on the “Student ID” section
Enter the valid Pin you bought from School ICTAC at the “Pin” section of the page
Enter your new password on the next space and reconfirm the password;
Click on “Update Password” and it will be done successfully.

How To Change your Avers Password

Here are five steps on how to change your AAUA AVERS Password:

Login to the AVERS site – avers.aaua.edu.ng
Click on profile, and click on Reset Password
Enter your new password and reconfirm to update
A confirmation message will show to confirm you have “Successfully changed your Password” and you will be lodged out automatically
